Digital products and your rights
There is no physical item to post back. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer protections, including remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital content and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights. A general acceptance of site terms does not by itself waive those rights.
Before you buy
Read the product description and controls, check that your browser supports the demo, and ensure you are choosing the correct game. A demo helps with compatibility but does not remove your rights if the supplied full edition is defective or materially different from its description.
When to contact us
Please contact us promptly if a paid game has not been delivered, a ZIP is damaged, the edition does not work as described on a compatible device, or you believe you were charged twice. For a change-of-mind request, explain whether the file has been downloaded or used. We assess the request against delivery records, the facts and applicable consumer law rather than applying an automatic blanket rejection.
How to request help
Email xuguoxiong18@outlook.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, the billing email, the game title and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots or browser details may help diagnose a technical problem; do not include credentials or full payment-card information.
Review and remedy
We may first offer a working replacement or technical assistance where appropriate. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and submit it to the original payment method where supported. The payment provider controls the time until it appears in your account. We do not promise a credit before the refund has actually been submitted.
After a refund
Access associated with a refunded game may be withdrawn. You must stop using and remove the refunded edition unless the agreed remedy expressly permits continued use. A separate valid purchase of the same game is treated independently. No return shipping or restocking fee applies to these digital products.
