JIANGXI PLAY · PLAYER INFORMATION

Terms of Service

Clear information. Thoughtful support.

EFFECTIVE: 21 OCTOBER 2026 · 17 SECTIONS

01. Operator and contact

Jiangxi Play is operated by Shenzhen Jiangxi E-commerce Co., Ltd (深圳市将细电子商务有限公司). Our address is 102, No. 12, Puxia Road, Liuyue North Community, Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Contact xuguoxiong18@outlook.com for store, order and legal questions. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company.

02. Scope and eligibility

These terms govern browsing the store, accounts, purchases and use of our digital editions. Read the product information and linked policies before ordering. You must be able to enter a binding contract, or have the parent/guardian participation required by applicable law. Do not use another person’s identity or payment method without authority.

03. Accounts and security

An account is required to submit an order and access purchased downloads. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected account misuse. Orders and download permissions belong to the relevant customer account. We may apply proportionate security controls; legitimate paid-order queries remain open to support review.

04. Products and descriptions

The catalogue contains original HTML5 games delivered as digital ZIP editions. Product pages state the gameplay, controls and features. Images show original game scenes; a particular random layout may differ in play. We do not supply third-party branded game accounts, activation keys, physical goods or subscriptions. Try the demo and review compatibility before buying.

05. Licence and intellectual property

A valid, paid purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied game for non-commercial play. You may keep reasonable personal backup copies. No ownership of our code, artwork or store content is transferred. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly host or sublicense the edition without permission. Exceptions and rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

06. Prices, currency and taxes

Listed prices and checkout totals are in USD. Review the total before submitting. Any tax or charge that we collect must be reflected in the order review; payment-provider or bank conversion fees may apply separately. We may change future prices without changing an already accepted paid order. A material pricing error will be explained before we request any revised agreement.

07. Ordering and acceptance

Submitting checkout records an order request. An acknowledgement or order number confirms receipt of the request, not that payment or fulfilment succeeded. We accept a paid order by confirming fulfilment or making the contracted edition available, subject to mandatory local rules on contract formation. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will explain and arrange the appropriate remedy.

08. Payments and payment problems

The checkout displays the available payment option. A Pending payment order is unpaid and does not release a download. We do not collect full payment-card credentials or payment-provider passwords. Contact support if the order state and your payment statement appear inconsistent; do not repeatedly pay an uncertain order. Payment disputes are considered against actual records.

09. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery is digital through the purchasing account after confirmed payment. Extract the ZIP and open index.html in a compatible browser. No parcel or carrier tracking is involved. Download hosting is provided for eligible active purchases and is not a promise that every future device or browser will be supported indefinitely. Report missing or corrupt files so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

10. Cancellation and withdrawal

You may cancel an eligible unpaid order using its account action. For a paid order, contact us and state whether download or use has begun. The Cancellation Policy explains the process. Any mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights continue to apply. Agreeing to these terms alone is not treated as an express waiver of such rights.

11. Returns, refunds and remedies

No physical return is required for a digital edition. The Returns & Refunds Policy covers non-delivery, defects, duplicate charges and other requests. We may offer assistance or replacement where appropriate before a refund. Approved refunds follow actual collection records and the original payment method where supported. Refunded licences and related access may end, subject to the agreed remedy and applicable law.

12. Acceptable conduct

Do not interfere with store operation, submit malicious code, attempt access to other customers’ accounts, manipulate orders, or use the support service for abusive or unlawful content. Reasonable protective action may be taken against misuse. We will not use this clause to deny a consumer remedy that the law requires.

13. Privacy, cookies and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains account, order, support and necessary cookie processing. Operational messages may concern security, orders or requested assistance. We do not add you to marketing lists through a purchase. Payment-provider services may have separate terms and privacy notices.

14. Availability, accuracy and warranties

We aim to maintain accurate information and usable editions, but the storefront may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Device compatibility depends on the stated browser requirements and your environment. We do not promise uninterrupted access or universal compatibility. Nothing here excludes a statutory guarantee of conformity, reasonable quality or other non-excludable protection.

15. Liability and events outside our control

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported modifications, misuse or events beyond reasonable control. We do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. Where an interruption prevents fulfilment, we will discuss reasonable steps or a remedy for the affected order.

16. Applicable law and disputes

The operator is based in Shenzhen, China. Applicable PRC law governs these terms where legally permitted, while mandatory consumer protections of your usual residence remain unaffected. First contact xuguoxiong18@outlook.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This clause does not require you to give up any court, complaint mechanism or statutory dispute right available under mandatory law.

17. Changes, severability and further contact

We may revise terms for future transactions and show the effective date. Material changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. For questions, contact xuguoxiong18@outlook.com.
