Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your basket and final order review show the amount due before you submit. A bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account fees; those are not set by us.
Payment method
PayPal is the payment option shown at checkout. You must sign in or create an account before submitting your order. We do not collect or store card numbers, security codes or PayPal passwords on this website.
An order is not a payment
Submitting the checkout form creates an order. An order marked Pending payment is unpaid, does not establish that a charge occurred, and does not release a download. Only a confirmed payment record allows fulfilment. Check your account and payment-provider statement if you are unsure whether a payment was completed.
Payment problems and duplicates
Do not submit repeated payments when the outcome is unclear. Contact xuguoxiong18@outlook.com with your order number and the provider reference, if available. Do not send full card details or passwords. We will reconcile an alleged duplicate or incorrect charge with the available payment records before arranging a remedy.
Cancellations and refunds
Unpaid orders may be cancelled from your account when the Cancel action is available. Paid-order requests are handled under our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported.
