Cancellation policy
Clear information. Thoughtful support.
Before payment
Open My Account → Orders and choose Cancel for an eligible pending order. An unpaid order has no game download and no collected payment to refund. Cancelling an order does not cancel unrelated purchases in your account.
If payment is uncertain
A payment-provider authorisation, a saved order and a confirmed payment are different states. If you see a pending result but believe a payment was taken, contact xuguoxiong18@outlook.com before paying again so that we can reconcile the records.
After payment
Contact us with the order number and explain whether you have downloaded or used the game. Any cancellation, withdrawal or change-of-mind request will be considered under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. We do not claim that accepting general terms automatically removes statutory rights.
If we must cancel
We may cancel an unfulfilled order because of a material listing error, a payment problem or inability to supply the stated edition. We will explain the reason and arrange the applicable refund if a payment was actually collected. Suspending an account does not remove your right to ask about an existing paid order.
No subscriptions to cancel
The current catalogue contains one-time purchases only. There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription charge. If you wish to close your account, see our Privacy Policy and first retain records or files you are entitled to keep.
