This is a digital game store, so there is no parcel to track. Enter the order number from your confirmation page and the billing email to see its current status. For eligible downloads, sign in to My Account → Downloads.

Pending payment means the order is saved but unpaid. Processing or Completed indicates fulfilment progress; download eligibility also requires a confirmed payment. Cancelled and Refunded orders do not authorise a new download.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
